Business Use: Our Services are primarily designed for business entities (B2B). If you are using the Services on behalf of a company (e.g., a dental clinic), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Lawful Use: You agree to use the AI agents only for lawful purposes and in compliance with local telecommunications and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
3. Payments and Billing
Fees: Fees for our Services (subscriptions or one-time setup costs) are outlined in your specific service agreement or invoice.
Payment Terms: Payments are due as specified on the invoice. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of the AI Services.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of AI configurations and resource allocation (API costs, hosting), all sales are final. Refunds are granted only at our sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
Agency Property: All AI prompts, custom logic, code, and workflows developed by Streamlining Success with AI remain our exclusive intellectual property.
Client Content: You retain ownership of any specific business data or branding materials you provide to us.
AI Outputs: While you have the right to use the outputs generated by the AI agents (e.g., booked appointments, call transcripts) for your business, we do not guarantee exclusive ownership of AI-generated content under current intellectual property laws.
5. AI Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
AI Accuracy: You acknowledge that AI agents may occasionally produce inaccurate information (hallucinations) or technical glitches. We provide the Services "as is" and do not guarantee 100% accuracy.
No Professional Advice: Our AI agents do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamlining Success with AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or missed appointments) arising from the use or inability to use the AI agents.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or are using the AI agents in a way that could harm our infrastructure or reputation.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bardejov, Slovakia.
